He does this by leveraging the experience gained as a practitioner and owner of a firm he founded and led for more than 25 years, as a college administrator responsible for overseeing ten workforce and economic development programs, and as a research associate and program manager for a consortium of colleges and universities conducting social science research for the federal government.
