The firm’s principal, Dr. Lou Rabinowitz, is a compensation professional who provides meticulous research to inform sound management decisions. He does this by leveraging the experience gained as a practitioner and owner of a firm he founded and led for more than 25 years, as a college administrator responsible for overseeing ten workforce and economic development programs, and as a research associate and program manager for a consortium of colleges and universities conducting social science research for the federal government. Lou has administered dozens of wage and salary surveys, designed and helped deploy a large number of comprehensive compensation programs and technical training programs, and conducted research projects to assist client organizations work through complex management challenges.
